I'm 18 years old and have requested online a Schufa information in which case was in the information that I have only a score of 86% what scares me too.
I currently only have a mobile phone contract + DSL on the run. Otherwise, I would not know what brought me down to such a score. In addition, I also had 2 requests for financing for a notebook. I would like to know if this would affect my creditworthiness for a home purchase in the near future and if I would even get a real estate loan.

That's the main factor in the low score. He gets better with time.
If the two financings were rejected, that could have had a negative impact.
Otherwise you have to wait and see what happens later. If your bank knows you and you earn well then funding should be possible. Then, the financing will not be too cheap.
That's not tragic!
The problem is that one request alone, pushes your score down.
For example, if you cancel your mobile phone contract, you will be listed at the Schufa for another 2 years.
How long would it take for the requests to be deleted?
I do not know that either! This has often been argued, how all this is calculated. As long as you do not fall below 60, you have no problems. Each giro / credit card is recorded, phone / cellphone contracts, inquiries, loans, etc.
It can take as 1-5 years, these entries are taken out, even if already long ago ended.
