Why am I not seeing the Crunchyroll Web Player?

I want to watch One Piece on my laptop but the player is not shown on the website. I've tried other browsers, it's always the same; Only the Microsoft Edge browser shows an exception, but I have a still image and can only hear the sound. So I'm (despite my two-year premium subscription) forced to watch all the series on my cell phone at the moment. I have the problem not only with One Piece but also with every other series. I tried all of Crunchyroll's tips and I don't get anything (incognito mode / disable all plugins / update browser). I even reinstalled my standard browser, nothing works. Do you have similar problems or can you best help me?

Do you have a FireTV Stick, PS3, PS4 or xbox? There's also the APP on it
