My memory is full and I've tried everything to save my data on the laptop or USB stick, but it just doesn't work.

Is there any other way I can get my memory empty?

Can't you connect it to the laptop via a data cable and then access the folders? I don't know what kind of data you want to back up. Photos, scores?
