I created an AutoHotKey script and would like to run it overnight. Since my laptop is in the same room where I sleep, the darkest setting in the night is still too bright for me. Is there any trick or how to make the screen almost black or black while the script can keep running?
because I can't turn off the monitor while the script is running.
edit: I got as a suggestion, adjust that nothing happens when closing the laptop, take that as an alternative if I still find something energy efficient
Just try it with a blank screen saver. Just click on "Preview" and then it should work.

Some notebooks can be turned off with the "FN" key.
