Your search parameters are causing me a bit of trouble, especially the display in conjunction with the price.
For Office, I recommend an AMD processor, which usually have a better price / performance ratio than Intel's.
For the memory I recommend a combination of SSD and HDD for speed and space.

13 "us 14" are compared to the equipment to the 15 Zoller quite expensive or have no such good facilities and can't compete with 15 inch.
Apart from that, 15 inchers are not as heavy as they used to be.
Therefore, I would advise you to two 15 inchers:

With an i3 CPU of 8 generation and 14 inches with 399 euro, you are also quite good on the way, in case if you like a 15 incher is too big.
