Best email application?

I'm looking for a good email application for my laptop.

What are your requirements besides "good"?

So something like Gmail?

An application to download, already have an exchange account

Gmail from Google simply create a Google account and you can then use the email for everything

Currently have an exchange account and want a fast application

If you already have an Exchange account, Outlook is the ideal time because it is from the same manufacturer (Microsoft) and supports all Exchange functions.
