I just can't get my applications due to an old laptop?

I'm working on applications and the problems are piling up. I have to write the applications by email because I no longer have original pictures and they are scanned in the laptop. If I printed the picture it would not look so good and I have no money for new pictures. Therefore by email.

Problem 1: I don't have a word, just open office. If I use open office and then send it by email as an attachment, it doesn't matter at the other end, for whatever reason. Either it can't be opened or is completely moved.

Problem 2: I don't know how to get the picture on my cover page, or is a cover page unnecessary in an email application? Do I just have to send the picture as an attachment?

Problem 3: I still have WordPad on my laptop, but no matter how I change the settings, the line spacing is huge, although I keep changing the settings, the line spacing remains the same.

Can someone help me please? The best thing is a computer genius I slowly go crazy… I get nowhere. My laptop keeps making a mess of me

Save the application as a pdf

1) You can export the file as a PDF. Looks better and you don't notice that it was open office.

Here's how:

2) Cover page - unnecessary, in my opinion.

If you are writing applications, as a tip, register with the job seeker beforehand. Then you get 5 euro for each submitted application.

If you do the work anyway you can take the money with you ^^

Otherwise, irreplaceable has already given a good answer. In general, you should always send your application as a PDF and include all attachments in the PDF (pdf creator)

Eg

How old should your laptop be? What I got with Word 97 in 2003 can guarantee Open Office on every lagging computer.

You only get the 5 euro if you send it away as a folder. So it means 1.55 euro as a large letter + application folder + paper and ink.

There's not much left of the 5 euro, moreover, almost only email is sent, only smaller older companies in the craft sector want a written form.

Was also registered with the office last year and only sent 2 pieces of +50 applications as a letter form, since many companies only want email, which is more than logical since the companies have more work and costs to send back.

That is not correct. It depends on the employment agency. The regulation says "in writing" so you can also give money for online applications. In general, however, this is up to the responsible employment office. Some donate money for online applications and others do not. In any case, asking doesn't hurt.
