I have had my medion laptop since august, i think, and now have the following problem:
When the battery is in, the LED does not light up continuously, but rather it flashes. So the laptop doesn't turn on. However, if I keep pressing the M key, for example, the laptop turns on normally and everything works, but if I let go of the keyboard, the laptop turns off again.
What do I do now?
Sounds to me like a faulty sensor that is responsible for recognizing when you close it, the flashing could indicate the energy-saving mode which switches off when you press a key, but the sensor is faulty, the notebook believes that when you release the key it is closed
