I like to watch movies on Netflix and co. But even if I'm bored I'd be happy if that would work then. I'm ready to pay up to 40 euro a month.
I would not really fall back on general ratings for such a thing. Everyone complains about their provider on the Internet, if it is a failure and then their own provider is equal to "the worst there's".
On the other hand, there are also those who are loyal to a company and who say "there's nothing better".
Something can't be generalized, since the actual performance often depends on the place of residence.
Just listen to what's going on and make sure the contract is clever, that you get out well, etc.
Probably your WG also has an Internet connection, where you can just plug in? Would be cheaper and you would have no problems with the contract, etc.

This would be but first only an Inet contract for your phone relevant if you really still have none. Since I would just look for something cheap with 3-5GB data volume and monthly cancellable.
If that does not fit then you can just try something new.
And with the first own booth, you can then see what has a good reception there. Just ask the neighbors what they have.
40 for both could be scarce. Mobile phone contracts with orerntlich volume is available from 10 euro but a decent Wi-Fi at home costs like 30-35 euro.
Or do you always want to go over the mobile I-net? That should consume also generous data volume quickly.
