Paypal criminal complaint against seller?

Buyer protection at PayPal, now I can finally file a criminal complaint against this Aloch from seller, I have only one problem:

The laptop was paid through my father-in-law's account, can I still file the complaint? 🙈

Maybe someone knows his way around or has had a similar case before.

With paypal you have signed a contract to pay.

The criminal complaint appears to be directed against the seller. Paypal has nothing to do with this.
