I bought a laptop from Ebay and was sent a CD with Windows 10 ISO. I'm a little helpless right now and would like to install the CD, but when I start the laptop it prompts me to enter the old owner's password. I have already tried to insert the CD when booting, but technical know-how is not enough.
Can anyone help me further?
Contact Seller. A technical device should be reset before selling.
Without a password, of course, you have no access to it.
Ask the Ebay seller. Otherwise, if that doesn't work, just send me a private message, I can give you a few options.
