I just took apart the laptop battery from an old laptop.
The batteries are not labeled with + and -. How can I find out which side has which pole?
And on the electronic stuff that was still there are two cable things that I can't quite put in.
Are these antennas or something?
Are these antennas?
If so, how can something be located?
Measuring device
One of them is almost certainly a temperature sensor, antenna probably not
So
1. By getting a multimeter and measuring. If you don't have one, stop tinkering or buy one.
2. The upper one could react to water, I'm really not sure.
3. This is a temperature sensor to prevent the battery from overheating.
All of the electronics are called BMS (Battery Management System) because it protects the battery and limits or even regulates the charging current.
Nice thanks for the info
