For some time I have been showing ads ads on google whenever I'm looking for something. Above the first 3-5 entries is then always provided with personlisierter (?!) Advertising, which I can then close by clicking on the x again…
However, I can't switch off the advertising completely. Can someone tell me how to get away? Only with a laptop, it is displayed to me. Neither the other laptop nor the smartphone otherwise…

If you search on Google, then that seems because Google wants to make money.
If it bothers you install an adblocker and / or use a less commercial search engine.
