Yes that seems to be playable, even if not super fluid… The main thing is that the cooling plays along, otherwise it could start to jerk over time:-)

With the current Intel Iris Plus Graphics G7, this game will be able to run relatively smoothly on your book, at least in low to medium preset (ingame) between 720 and 768p.
The fundamental problem is not necessarily due to the Intel "G7", but rather to the very low TDP corsets of mobile processors with this Intel graphics solution.
Before the possibility of full potential exploitation, your pre-configured CPU with 15 instead of 25 watts with simultaneous load on all CPU cores and GPU will, in the worst case, run into the energy limit at all corners and edges.
