But the easiest solution would be to set up an administrator password protected. Of course you will not get this car.
The default user has correspondingly little rights and can't start or install some programs at all, as long as the administrator does not allow him to do so.
This is already a very good child protection.
You can also limit the rights of users even more, but for that you need deeper knowledge.
