I would like to get a PC / laptop in the near future, but I do not know how much GHz is good to play such games. I'll probably get one with an Intel Core i7 processor, but just do not know how much GHz is good.

If you want to get a notebook, then you would need at least a model with a (mobile) Intel Core i5 - 8xxx CPU, which has 4 cores / 4 threads and a basic clock of at least 2.3 to 2.4 Ghz to approximately equivalent to the Core i5 - 2400 minimum required in this game.

At least one Geforce GTX 1050Ti to GTX 1650 should be installed in a suitable notebook as a graphics card since the game requires a minimal GTX 660.

My slightly lower CPU base timing for Intel's mobile Core i5-8000 series is due to the fact that it has a correspondingly higher computing power per core & MHz of the 8000 than Intel's older 2000 processor series.
