I consider favorably a MacMini instead of buying a complete new device and as I asked myself, as just described, the question of whether this works on a notebook convertible. Which connections should be present?
I have also looked at a few unboxing videos about it and wanted to ask if you necessarily need an Apple keyboard and mouse or if that is synonymous with the other model.
so that I can stow it better, the whole fuss, could I lock it up anytime? Or is data otherwise lost or is everything then reset?
I would also like to use this MacMini to program new apps.

An Apple keyboard is useful, mouse you can use any. If you want to program apps for iOS, a Mac machine is very beneficial. But such a computer needs a fixed desk, more often and dismantle is not there. Possibly. Would an old Macbook Air for entry the better recommendation.
With Apple I already know myself, the operating system itself. I ask the smartphone nothing else.
