So I've been looking for the ark exe file on my laptop for a long time
I should have found the path but in the folder where it should be there are just a lot of other things
The path is:
Windows (C.> Programs (x86)> Epic Games> Ark (I created it myself)> ARKSurvivalEvolved> ShooterGame> Binaries> Win64
and now I'm in a folder where most of them end with .dll
The only ones that could be shooter game
ShooterGame_BE
ShooterGameServer
but they all have the Ark logo
And at least one folder is also missing
Because at the step where I go to binaries, Saved should also be an option to get into the game files
Right click on the desktop shortcut and show the destination.
When I do that, only properties are shown to me
when I go on it I can in general
Web document
security
Details
Previous versions
see
but nothing else
I haven't installed Ark at the moment and can therefore only be of limited help.
As far as I know, there's no Ark.exe. When the game has started, a ShooterGame.exe appears in the task manager!
There should also be a "Link" tab with the entry "Target".
Yes, it looks like the one from my files
Go to Control Panel, - uninstall programs. You can then see whether the game is installed at all. The path is also displayed.
If you don't know that with Win10, just write in the search bar at the bottom left. With Windoof7 this can be called up directly.
So as far as I know it's the ShooterGame.exe. This is also the file that always spits out the error messages when Ark says goodbye again.
It seems to be in this path:
#Ark location # \ ShooterGame \ Binaries \ Win64
I would like to tell you more details, but as I said, I just didn't install it and the download would take a while.
Shootergame_be is the exe that starts Ark…
There's no Ark.exe…
