Sky Factory 2 score transferred?

I play Sky Factory 2, now I have a new laptop.

Can I reload my old score?

I saved the file and stored in the new PC in the folder Saves. But do not get access.

Can someone help me there?

Normally this should work like this:

Copy world from the old game folder
Insert in the new folder under saves.

If that does not work, make sure you're using the right version of Minecraft to open the map

Unfortunately that brings me nothing. Is the same folder on the new PC.

Have extra single player game created and put it in the now created save folder.

There's version of Sky Factory 2 as far as I know only one.
