Maybe who of you had ever schonmal the problem and knows a solution.
So, the following, I just signed in to Sky Ticket, and everything worked well too. I received a confirmation e-mail and then clicked on the link and logged in to the website. I loaded the Sky Player on my laptop and wanted to take a look at it. But no matter where I click on it always comes this message that I have attached in the picture. I do not know now where my mistake lies or if I did something wrong or overlooked. Maybe one of you has ever had the problem and found a solution. I would be grateful for any help
Sky ticket is the last one. Had lately also problems like many others too.

Can't I say money was debited 3 weeks later thought first that would have been so accommodating not to cancel the performance I did not perform. Well thought wrong.

You open the Sky-Ticket page in the browser, log in, select a movie and then the screen comes up?
Yes exactly. I just click play and then it comes.
Hmm, normally the player should start.
Log out and log in again did you try? Maybe try it with another browser.
Another browser would be worth a try again, but I also had an issue with the app, because I could not even log in first.
