Windows booting without a screen?

I have a mega problem!

After a Windows update, all settings were deleted, i.e. Shortcuts etc.

That is not the problem.

I wanted to reset my system, so I have to go into safe mode…

Now the problem, the screen of my notebook is defective.

The external monitor is not addressed. It boots, but not to Windows.

I don't see what the computer wants from me.

Please help me! And yes, I have already asked Google, WITHOUT a helpful result.

Doesn't an external monitor have to be registered in the BIOS and you missed it?

No, as soon as an HDMI cable is in, the screen is transmitted. But unfortunately Windows has to boot.
