Whenever I go out of the game, for example on the Destop and want to get back into the game shortly afterwards, the whole game and my laptop crashes and there's only "Problem occurred" there. That wasn't bad until recently, but suddenly a world (1.11.2) that I have been building for weeks has disappeared. But how can that be? After all, I always saved. Can I still find the world somewhere? I can no longer find the world in the .minecraft folder. Is there any way to find them again? Can I somehow restore it? It took me a long time and that would be really sad otherwise. And why is my laptop always crashing when I exit the game?
How many fps does your Minecraft have? The game may crash because your laptop is overloaded.
Sry, accidentally didn't help. I have 60 fps, but it could very well be that my laptop is overloaded. Can I somehow restore the world?
The world is still in the Saves folder. To do this, go to appdata then roaming → Minecraft and then saves.
Found it. But how can I play it again?
So, it may smear due to some Java errors. If the world does not exist in the .minecraft folder, then I can't think of any other location anymore, all files even while you are in the world are changed in the world folder / there are the TEMP files. I would recommend you to open the log in the launcher / upload a log file from a crash to pastebin and post the link here, most of the time there's the error.
Can you maybe upload a screen with snipping tool what the folder looks like? Normally there are always files like level.dat etc. In the folder
% AppData% / Roaming / .minecraft / saves, there's the world. It should actually be valid, if not, then create a new world and overwrite it with the data from the old world (DIM1, DIM-1).
