NVidia better graphics cards worse tact?

I noticed the first time today that better graphics cards have a worse clock z.b. Rtx 2080 and ti why is that? Is that easy because of overheating? My older 1070 from the laptop shank 2Ghz constant why are this with a rtx 2080ti 1500mhz synonymous if that is not the overclocking course.

Imagine 100 water pipes, with a pressure of 5 bar. If you have 200 water pipes, a pressure of only 4 bar is enough and you are still superior.

Just compare the mass of Cuda cores of the different GPUs and compare that, then you will realize something.

Because the 2080 is stronger

This probably does not work for someone who has read in the computer image that MHz of a GPU with the maximum Km / h of a car are comparable.
