Premiere Pro effect requires GPU acceleration?

My system:

Windows 10 Home

Processor: Intel i7-9750H (64bit)

Ram: 16 GB

Graphics cards: Intel UHD Graphics 630 / NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 with Max-Q Design

The following problem: The error message keeps popping up: "Effect requires GPU acceleration"

I have already set CUDA in the project settings.

My graphics card also appears on the list of supported graphics cards from Premiere Pro. There, however, the graphics card is listed under "NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650". Mine still says "with Max-Q Design" on it. Could it be that my graphics card is so different from the one in the list that I have to say my graphics card is not on the list of graphics cards supported by Premiere Pro?

So can it be because my graphics card can't be used by Premiere Pro?

Otherwise, could it be because the Premiere pro only uses the onboard graphics card instead of the NVIDIA card?

Could it be because my graphics card is simply too bad to create certain effects?

I don't get this error message either. It is even rendered and can be seen in the exported video!

Do I have to live with the fact that many effects are simply not applicable for me because my laptop does not have enough power or can I still turn something?
