Hello everybody,
I would clean the data carrier (E. Clean and I don't know what can I delete / deinstalate? I don't have any photos or videos on the laptop.
I keep getting a message: "There's no storage space on the local disk (E. Available"
How should we know which files you have on it and which are no longer needed?
But there are approaches:
Blocks are marked as occupied which are not used. Rather very rare, but conceivable. You can see more with the chkdsk command in a command prompt
Partition mapping. Perhaps there's still space behind partition E: and you can enlarge it. Under PC - Manage - Disk…
Determine which directory is using an unexpectedly large amount of disk space. There are tools to download. I'm using a very old version of TreeSize. There are many others.
I have formatted the E disk and now there's almost nothing left on it, except for §RECYCLE.BIN and SystemVolume Information.
I got that with the chkdsk command and I also got a tool to find out which directory is using a lot of disk space for the other disk (C. And (D. Just try it, I don't know how?
To run chkdsk you need a command prompt, possibly even as an administrator. In Windows search you can enter cmd or shell for this.
In the command prompt, type chkdsk /? On. Then the call will be explained to you.
You'd have to search the internet for the tools. I only have a SmartPhone here.
And further?
You're funny. First continue without writing where it stops.
If only I had written two words. But I described two topics.
