PC data transfer?

Can I transfer all data from one laptop to another laptop (which can be reset to factory settings)? Like the Samsung Smart Swich app for mobile phones.

A laptop is not a cell phone… You have to copy everything you need. There's no app that simply shovels everything you need… So either copy everything to the other PC via network share, or (more preferably) take an external hard drive and copy the data to the ext hard drive, then copy it back later or just to another one Computer. But you have to see for yourself where you have stored data that you need…

There would still be backup programs that can back up and restore data, but you have to set up what you want to back up first and then have the program copy it to an external disk…
