I'm looking for a laptop with the following specifications:
-16GB RAM -1TB hard drive
Windows 10 included
and +60 fps
For 400EURO?
There's only refurbished, used in this equipment - but this will be a long "search path" for you. Even ALDI does not offer this class with Medion.
Well then look nice. I think it's a troll question, thrown some technical data into the room and a nonsense price.
So Windows 10, 1 terabyte hard drive and 60 FPS (in idle) are already there for the money. If you find a good deal you can maybe buy 16 GB of RAM or upgrade the ram.
Forget it.
Especially since your requirement 60 + FPS in the field of gaming without mentioning the game and the desired settings is completely out of thin air and therefore can't be met.
You can wish for Mercedes but you also have to be willing to pay for Mercedes and not Dacia.
Just for you so that you get an idea, even if a notebook is a compact PC, the individual components that make it up are not much cheaper than those for a normal PC.
A notebook has a screen (costs around € 100)
The 16 GB RAM is currently around € 70
The 2.5 "hard drive with 1TB (an SSD the size of almost 180, - € would be completely impossible) is 40, - €
Mainboard with Wi-Fi is also at least 100, - € rather 120, - €
CPU itself a very cheap one is at least 50, - €
and then the whole thing is not even nearly suitable for gaming. You would certainly need a better CPU min. 100, - € and an extra graphics card (min. 150, - €)
And Windows 10 is also not lukewarm and is planned for a reputable dealer with min. 25, - € (the 10, - € keys from the net are no good).
Your € 400, even for a desktop PC, would be on the very bottom edge for a gaming PC. For notebooks, you should look for a used one yourself for the price, but I suspect that with your equipment requirements it will be difficult.
For a new notebook, you should plan at least € 600, better € 800
