Change name of Windows Backup without problems?

I have finished an external hard drive where I have created a system image of the "main computer" and 2 laptops, so I do not get confused I wanted to change the file name, does that work without problems? Because they are usually stored so "HJZRHJ78 PC" a wild mess!

You could also rename the calculator times.

These designations correspond to the computer names. So do not rename the backup, but change the computer name meaningful.
