Alicia online name change?

My question is in alicia online one can change of his character the name in which one buys the name change sign in the shop. If I did that and change my name the game continues but the window with the name change does not go away and then I can't do anything anymore I can't make up the game either. When I restart my laptop and re-open the game everything is still the same name as before. Can anyone help me fix the problem?

I just noticed that whenever I buy a name change sign that I have no idea it might have something to do with it
