I'm looking for a game that I was about at the time. I played on my laptop in 2011/2012. There was a "Team Deathmatch" mode, I think you could also place blocks there and shoot weapons at enemies. The people you played there can be compared to military clothing with such Minecraft skins.

(It's not a Call Of Duty, CsGo, Minecraft if you think so)
