If you do not know what the Xbox Game Bar is, it is a program that is pre-installed in many Windows 10 laptop models and can be used to record gameplay. Based on the name, I think it is likely that this program will also be available on Xbox One and maybe even on Xbox 360, but certainly not on the original Xbox and it will probably also be available on Xbox Series X, but I do don't have an Xbox, I'm not so sure.
Unfortunately, the Xbox Game Bar seems anything but good. Because I decided to use it to record the games I play on my laptop, but not to publish the recordings. I made my first attempt today. The game I tried the first time was a Free2Play shooter called Rebel Forces (I like to try free games), which I was not able to get excited about due to the poor graphics and small size, but I still enjoyed it decided to start a match with the Xbox Game Bar. But unfortunately the Xbox Game Bar can only record for 14 minutes and 58 seconds at a time and after these 14 minutes and 58 the match that I was playing was not over yet!
In addition, the frame rate and sound quality of the recording was worse than in the actual game and was therefore very much to be desired.
So I'm now looking for a better game recording program.
My question here:
Do you know of a better game recording program that can record more and in better quality, but is easy to use and available for Windows?
The Xbox Game bar is preinstalled on every Windows 10 computer. Windows + G can open them. Record with the OBS program. Must change the file format there to mp4. The Xbox Game bar is not just for recording, it offers good features.
