Desktop image in an endless loop? Who knows the reason?

The laptop starts up normally, but after the background image and some of the apps are shown, the display turns black and then starts to rebuild and it continues to run like an endless loop. An entry with the mouse is then no longer possible.

Sometimes my notebook does. However, it also recovers after a break in the genes.

Usually not, but sometimes it does.
