Genshin impact keeps crashing, what can I do?

I've been playing genshin impact on my laptop since the beginning of the year and everything has always worked great, but lately I haven't been able to get into the game at all.

At first I thought that it might be because I played something in the graphics settings, but that is probably not the reason.

my problem is the following: whenever I open genshin impact (via the launcher or with genshin impact.exe) it loads up to where I have to enter my account data and then it suddenly hangs up, so the screen freezes (the I can move the mouse pointer and I can still hear sounds) and then the game either crashes or stays in that state and nothing happens. I have already completely uninstalled genshin impact and downloaded it again, but it remains that I can't get in. That with the right click, properties, compatibility and so I've already tried it but nothing helps. Please I NEED Help!

Do you have any other programs open in the background that were not open before? Any other games or apps downloaded in which background processes are started at system startup. Have you downloaded something from a dubious site recently? Malicious software means fewer resources.

ch

No, I haven't, genshin impact is actually the only program that is open for me anyway and I downloaded it from the official genshin impact website

Ha

And you haven't downloaded * anything * lately? No game, etc?

ch

So the first time genshin impact crashed was about 2 weeks ago but I "simply" downloaded it again and it worked again. But in this period, since then, I have only downloaded a few pictures and only from serious websites

Have you ever informed yourself from Genshin Impact whether certain drivers or other things are no longer supported during an update or otherwise errors can occur if a certain requirement is met?

ch

Yes I did but they haven't answered yet

ch

And the thing is that this problem was NOT fixed with the last major update

Okay, can you at least get into the settings and possibly have a possibility to determine the allocation of RAM for the program and look up? Maybe you could also set the priority of the program in the task manager. Otherwise I could only advise you to contact Genshin Impact Support and report the whole thing. Maybe the fault lies with the developers after all.

When I open the game it doesn't take 4 seconds until the screen freezes and the allocation to RAM for the program can't be determined as far as I know. But I will definitely write a message or two to support
