Registering Genshin impact does not work?

I hope I can please help somebody.

Yesterday I installed Genshin impact on my laptop and when I click on register in the login field it loads briefly and then it says: Load error and Page crashed

I wanted to try it on my cell phone but the version doesn't work on my cell phone.

Can I help somebody?

They currently have server problems ka when they are fixed just keep checking the page obs works
