For the budget, you unfortunately do not get a high-performance computer with which you can edit 4k videos smoothly. Otherwise, I would generally recommend the Lenovo Thinkpad devices from the 50s (x250, T450, T550, W540 (W are the workstation devices with significantly more performance), W550 and newer), they should fall into the budget and are not the one slowest devices. Alternatively, you could also look if you get a current Ryzen notebook, but you are already around 400-450 euro
If you have a lot of patience while the mathematician renders, do it. Would then rather use a desktop PC, which would probably do a lot more than a laptop at the same price.
At your price idea- 350 euro for a good one… You won't get anything good for that…

Try a business return with a guarantee, you will get at least one that can be called a laptop. And they are usually much stronger than the price miracles, which can see nothing except Office and YouTube. Try to get one with an SSD if possible.
