My neighbor wanted to send a big package to your family in Pakistan.
On the customs declaration was properly the content on it (including a laptop!)
She has paid for this package, incl. Bulky goods total 160, - €.
The package came back because, unknowingly, it left the battery in, and it can't be in an international package.
We have tried everything possible to get the money back because the package was not sent, so only to the nearest logistics center in Ottendorf / Ockrilla, near Dresden.
My neighbor is ready to pay the transport until then, but not the full 160, - €, since the post office has not executed the job.
Now my question, can you take the parcel back to the post office without a laptop and give it up? Because it was paid for it, without which it was really promoted.
