Error installing programs?

Hey guys, I've recently had problems installing programs on my Windows laptop. A message is always displayed, which can be seen on the picture. Does anyone know what to do? Would be really grateful to you!

Could have many reasons. Memory full, missing rights (admin?), Hardware errors…

Since the setup itself does not appear to give a more precise description or error code, check the system log. Sometimes something can be read out.

Exactly the same for everyone? This is very strange, the whole setups are different.

Are they from the same manufacturer or something?

Maybe the log or event viewer might help
