Best with 64bit and Windows 10
Notebook with integrated BluRay, there are no more on the market! So 10 years ago, there were those of Medion with 18.5 "and Sony, but you get that if needed. Many notebooks have space reasons no drive built. Watching PC movies is also an expensive fun, you need external drive with the playback software and a good monitor. Better to watch the whole on a clever TV and get stationary player. Also, the drives are quite loud when playing movies.

Almost all laptops now have Win10 as their standard operating system. And 64bit is also standard. Important would be only "FullHD" so 1920x1080.
