Windows: Keyboard bug (e.g. With M comes M-)?

Have a problem. My laptop is set to English. For some keys he is now starting to make additional characters.

With "U" comes "UP", with P also comes "UP", "Y" doesn't work at all, with "H" comes "H '".

You should look for your keyboard layout under settings and change that if necessary.

The English keyboard can be changed in the country settings. Double letters or keys that do not work indicate a defect, or at least moisture in the keyboard, which can lead to malfunctions.
