I got AnimeonDemand for a month to watch seasons 2 and 3 and yesterday I saw a picture on Twitter that someone was watching season 4 during the intro on his laptop where you can also see season 4, someone knows when it's anime comes on demand? Or are all the episodes already out on wakanim and should I get a monthly subscription? Or is there just one episode every week?
For the time being it will run exclusively at Wakanim.
Maybe the 4th season will be released again on AoD with German Synchro, officially, as far as I know, nothing has been said about it.

As is typical for anime that are broadcast on Japanese TV, an episode appears every week, which appears shortly after the Japanese first broadcast in the simulcast on Wakanim.
So there's a new episode on Wakanim every Sunday at 6:34 p.m.
So far only the first episode has been published and episode two will be released on December 13th, 2020
Wakanim got the license for the 4th season of Attack on Titan.
There it runs in the simulcast. Means a new episode every Sunday at 18:34. So far, one episode is available on Wakanim
But it is possible that it will be available on Anime on Demand with German dubbing at some point. But that can still take a while. And nothing has been announced yet.
