Change / install language in Office 365?

I ordered a laptop with Office 365 preinstalled, but for some reason I can't even set the language for the Office apps to German, let alone install it

Perhaps the "trial period" (1 month) for this preinstalled Office365 has expired and therefore it does not work. Just a thought. 🤔
