Computer brightness?

I need help as soon as possible,

I have a Medion laptop and when I turned it on the brightness was down, at first I thought it was broken but then I saw with the flashlight that it was on. I wanted to make it brighter with the brightness button normally, but that somehow doesn't work. I tried other things but nothing worked. Can you tell me what's going on

There should be a brightness setting button. Probably with an F123456789 key

If you see a picture with a flashlight, it's the backlight.

Long press on the button and then switch on again. Otherwise you would have to adjust the screen brightness settings and you can laugh at it. (Becomes very difficult)

You can't set anything there, it is simply defective… If you can't see the menu on the monitor (i.e. Press the menu button on the monitor), the probability is very high that the backlight is defective.
