I have the choice between the Teclast M30 pro and the Teclast M40: which tablet should I buy?

I need your advice again, because I'm still not familiar with all this technical stuff on smartphones, tablets or notebooks.

Can you explain to me in a simple and understandable way which of these two tablets I should buy. I know there are better tablets out there, but my only choice is between these two. Easy for normal household use. So I would be really grateful for your tips.
