I have just installed World of Tanks (latest version) on my laptop for the first time, when logging in with existing credentials there:
"Can't connect to the server. Either the server is down or your network settings are broken."
Internet via LAN available, Internet goes.
Try EU2.
On EU1 hell is currently going on, unplayable in part.
