Nvidia control panel. No change of resolution displayed and other options?

Hi! I have the problem that only 4 options are available to me in the nvidia system stereung

Adjust picture setting with preview

Manage 3D settings

surround, configure PhysX

and manage GPU performance counters

would like to change my resolution but the setting is missing

If you need that for an answer, my graphics card is the GeForce 2070 great in a laptop. I would appreciate an answer.
