I have a problem like this. I wanted to download a resource pack in Minecraft (if it matters, I'm playing version 1.15.2 and the resource pack (Mainly Photo Realism) is updated for the 1.15 series). The zip file is comfortably in the downloads on my laptop, so there were no problems. They only started when I wanted to "drag" the file from the downloads into the resource packs in the game, I hope you understand what I mean by that. The resource package is not even displayed for the other, already existing ones! Maybe someone knows what I'm doing wrong?
P.S. It's the first time I've installed a resource pack in Minecraft, so I don't know XD at all
So unzip the texturepack in% APPDATA% \. Minercaft \ resource packs
Folder. Then go into the game and go to Options Select Texurepack and then choose your TXTPACK. Click Done and you're done
The folder can also be accessed via the texture pack menu ;-)
; D I always do it just because of it
And how do you get into this folder?
Okay thank you.
Minecraft → Options → Resource Packs → "Open Folder"
By pressing ESC in Minecraft then selecting Options and then selecting Texturepack. Since then open folder on texture package or so don't know exactly what that means
Look here: https://texture-packs.com/de/eigenes-texture-pack-installieren/ Will be explained to you simply with pictures and video. Have fun!
