Windows 7 PEAP Wi-Fi network login?

I have the problem on my Windows 7 laptop that I can't log on to Wlan networks that require a PEAP login with username and password, because I only get an error message after clicking on "connect" instead of typing Username and password. How can I change this or where can I set this?

You must customize or disable server authentication and user data. It is important to turn off automatic computer or user authentication with Windows credentials.

Then it is not PEAP, but EAP-TLS.

Additional note: As shown in step 10, you must remove the tick. Otherwise, the computer will continue to log in on the Wi-Fi, the credentials that you have used for logging on the computer.
