Hi, just wanted to log in to my notebook as usual. I typed my pin in the normal way, but suddenly a message appears stating "This login option is deactivated because login attempts were incorrect or the device was repeatedly switched off. Use another login option or leave your device switched on for at least 2 hours, and try again. "
I have to say that this is not true because I have not tried to log in multiple times (faulty) and I haven't switched off my device several times.
There are still 2 login options left: fingerprint reader (but does not work) and password (I never set up) but only my PIN. What can I do?
Sign in with the Microsoft account or use the forgot password option.
