Since I shut down my laptop yesterday and wanted to turn it on again, I can no longer log in. Usually I logged in with my PIN but this no longer worked, it said that the PIN is currently not possible and that I should use my password from my Microsoft account, I did this, but it did not work, and here it was I showed me the password as wrong then I changed my password twice on my mobile phone because it was not possible via my laptop or I did not have access to any controls, i.e. I forgot the password, then a brief loading screen came and then came I go back to my login screen, I've tried everything I've tried to do a safe restart and everything else unfortunately doesn't work. It is also important to say that even when I was asked to enter my password, I should not have entered my password correctly although I entered it correctly, i.e. It is still shown to me as incorrect. It is also important to say that I have no network, it means that I have this network symbol with a stop, which means that I have no network, that is, that I have no WLAN connections here, as soon as I click on the symbol I can't find any connections as I said no wireless router or whatever. I only see the flight mode there, but even if I click on it, it does not respond, what can I do so that I can log in again and what is the problem?
