I want to buy a laptop soon with a choice between QHD and WQXGA displays.
QHD correspond to 1440p, I can imagine what that means, but how much p does a display with WQXGA have?
The latter is a cheaper option and I don't necessarily need QHD either, but I would like to have at least a display with 1080p.
Maybe someone could explain the individual letters right away?
Wqxga 2560 × 1536
wqhd 2560 × 1440
Wqxga stands for Wide Quadruple Extended Graphics Adapter and has 2560 × 1536 p
Your laptop probably has a maximum of 17 ", right?
From my point of view, 1920x1080 is completely sufficient, i.e. Normal Full HD.
